Entertainment Tonight’s Mark Steines visited the set of “Two and a Half Men” to congratulate Charlie Sheen on the birth of his twin boys, Bob & Max. Mark brought along a gift basket of Jannuzzi clothing, blankets, and burp cloths. The clip aired on ET Monday Night (March 23rd).
